I found other local agents to be literally counting their commission when I met them, together with a variety of tactless approaches when our sale fell through on one occasion as our buyers lost their buyer. Yes commission is important as it makes the world go round, but people matter and Gail and Danielle were very good at that. It wasn’t a straightforward sale and required a lot of tact and diplomacy from their side and yes sheer hard work and dedication to go the extra mile; things they didn’t have to do but made all the difference to us.
