What a great cottage and location. The cottage was very clean, bedding was comfortable and the kitchen so well stocked with everything you need to self-cater. Lovely welcome bottle of Prosecco and biscuits. Lounge was comfy and a great seating area inside and out. Loved our stay would definitely recommend the cottage to anyone thinking of staying in or near Padstow. There is a beautiful walk into Padstow and the local buses in and out were fantastic. 5/5⭐

We booked this house very last minute and wow, what a find. It was spotless, loved the fully equipped kitchen and so close to Padstow. There’s a gorgeous bistro within walking distance and Little Petherick is stunning. Quaint and typically Cornish. What a wonderful find. We parked across the road when available and didn’t find this a problem.

Lovely little holiday cottage that we used as a base to go all over the area. Everything we needed for our family of 5.

Lovely house! Location was great for fabulous beaches and things to do. Need to drive but that was fine for us, we managed to see lots of surrounding Cornwall. Mother Ivey’s Bay was absolutely gorgeous. House had everything you need and we enjoyed sitting out for breakfast every morning in the courtyard. Parking was easy and the lack of path was fine too.

We had a very relaxing and most enjoyable week spent at the cornish holiday cottage. A well equipped kitchen, plenty of guidebooks, maps and games, plus extremely comfortable beds and a lovely modern bathroom. Clean, smart and snuggly, especially sat around the woodburner with a hot chocolate, little petherick was a perfect base to explore Padstow and the surrounding area. Wonderful beaches, breathtaking costal walks and the famous Camel Trail. There was an impressively large selection of places to eat, whether brunch, cream teas or evening dinner. Every meal we had was excellent. All in all, we had a terrific holiday and look forward to coming back to stay in the near future. Would highly recommend.
