Really nice space, slightly away from town and old harbour but within walking distance. Well equipped kitchen and was lovely and warm – it was pretty cold and rainy when we stayed so a definite plus point. Parking was not easy – being a residential street with no designated space.

Really enjoyed our stay at this property, the property itself was very clean and tidy with nice size rooms. Location was great close enough to walk into the centre and enough distance to walk off some of the lovely food we ate. Very friendly locals which added to the character of the place.
Ceri, February 2026
Excellent location with fantastic facilities. Perfect for us as a family.

Lovely property. Clean but cosy. Everything there you could possibly need. Great shower. Comfy beds with amazing views. Would definitely recommend. Location is perfect. Very close to Padstow harbour but also very quiet.

Squeaky clean, lots of room and great location. Walking distance to the Camel Trial, Padstow centre and plenty of local parking. The courtyard garden is split with the side property which is linked to the main house. Not a problem in anyway but worth mentioning.

Ideal stay for families and small groups. House was spacious and well equipped, just as advertised. Short walk into the centre of Padstow.
Scott, June 2025
The house was perfectly positioned and in a great location to easily reach the local amenities of the lovely Padstow harbour. The house was very clean and well maintained, and we had everything we needed available to enjoy our stay. All the rooms were a great size and the beds and furniture were all really comfy and welcoming. The owners of the property had clearly gone out of their way to ensure all their guests including the furry ones, have the best time possible by providing everything you would need for a holiday at the coast and all the information needed and is readily available.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The house was beautifully decorated, exactly as described ,and equipped with everything we needed for the week. Parking easy too. The top master bedroom was particularly lovely with sea views too! It was a lovely base to go and explore the local area from; Padstow was a short walk away with lots of restaurants etc nearby. We will be back for sure!
