Beautifully decorated and designed with reverse level living in mind, this cottage is the perfect bolthole for a family holiday. Including bright and airy open plan living accommodation, three bedrooms sleeping up to six guests, bathroom and en-suite. It’s worth noting that we also manage the cottage next door so could be perfect if coming with two families!

10 Tregella is a five-minute drive from the foodie mecca of Padstow, where you can dine in a variety of world-class restaurants, including Rick Steins flagship, the Seafood Restaurant. Padstow is also home to Paul Ainsworth’s highly regarded No 6 and the always buzzing Prawn on The Lawn, as well as an array of seasonal pop-ups. If fine dining isn’t your thing, you can be assured that you are never more than a few metres away from a wide choice of pasty or fish and chip options to keep the whole family fed and happy! If you choose to cook at home, pop to Padstow Farm Shop for a stunning array of locally grown produce, they even have a deli for picnic supplies!
Situated near the mouth of the Camel Estuary, Padstow offers a huge range of activities to tempt the adventurers in your party, including coasteering and paddle boarding, cycling along the renowned Camel Trail cycle path or heading out on a speedboat with Padstow Sea Life Safari. Surf lessons are available on most local beaches or hop on the ferry over to Rock to explore the other side of the estuary. 10 Tregella is a short drive away from some of the UK’s best beaches, so whether you are looking to surf or sunbathe, rockpool or ramble, this stretch of coastline has something for everyone.

What an absolutely great place to stay. It was just the two of us but there is plenty of room for up to 6 adults. Bed in the master was perfect. Very comfortable and King Size too. Dogs were exceptionally happy and so much space inside too. It was warm. Clean. Simply brilliant. We will be back. 5/5

loved loved our stay here. THANK YOU for having us. The photos do not give the accommodation credit. There was much more space than we expected, which was so great. and the upstairs living room, was such a fab place to be. The addition of “proper” sofas, (not plastic / leatherette) was very welcome, we were able to truly relax and felt so comfortable. The fact that it’s dog friendly too, was a great draw, with an enclosed garden. Just the thing!!! Should we come to this area again we’d definitely stay again.

Great house in lovely quiet spot – perfect for our family holiday. Had everything that we needed and nicely located – close to Padstow and within easy reach on many beautiful beaches. We particularly like Harlyn for surfing and family fun and the more quieter, and more rugged, Booby’s Bay. We would come back for more.

Spacious, comfortable and very nicely furnished cottage with everything we needed. Location just outside Padstow was fantastic too.

Inside Space
Entering into the ground floor, you begin to appreciate the sense of space and light that fill this property. Decorated in a coastal palette of whites, greys and neutral tones, the bedroom floor is designed to feel restful and bright. A king bedroom lies at the front of the house opposite the family bathroom which features a walk-in shower, and to the rear are the twin and a master bedrooms. The spacious master features a king-sized bed, an ensuite shower room and French doors to the garden which flood this room with natural light.
Follow the stairs up and you enter a beautiful open plan space which fills the top floor of the cottage. With high beamed ceilings and a stylish contemporary interior, this light-filled room is a perfect space for the family to hang out together. Whether planning the days adventures over breakfast, enjoying raucous evening board game competitions, or simply relaxing and enjoying the view, this is a flexible and family friendly area. A well-equipped and modern kitchen sits to the front of the house, featuring a waterfall breakfast bar with seating for two. A large dining table sits adjacent to the kitchen with plenty of space for the whole family to sit around comfortably. Adding to the light and airy feel, a Juliette balcony off the seating area gives views over the fields, bringing the countryside in!
Outside space
Out through the master bedroom you find a sunny garden with views out to the countryside. The first portion of the garden has a decked area which leads on to a sloped lawn and the whole garden is enclosed. There is a back gate that leads on to the lane where you will find your parking spaces.
Parking
10 Tregella has allocated parking for two cars.
Access
The approach to the house has a paved path and three steps to the front door. The rear garden is accessed via the master bedroom and has a small, decked area that leads to a sloped lawn. The interior staircase has twelve treads and a turn in the middle, all with a handrail. Both floors are level with no steps or stairs.
Please note: This property has a Juliette balcony on the first floor. Please supervise children and pets at all times when the balcony is in use.

A refundable security deposit of £250 will be taken prior to your stay.

Situated on the west bank of the Camel Estuary, the picturesque harbour town of Padstow is a stunning holiday destination with an energetic vibe, a huge range of superb restaurants and bars, a variety of boutique shops and galleries, and all of this surrounded by gorgeous scenery.
For those days wandering around the town or sitting by the harbour in the sunshine, the tides of the river and the stream of boats sailing in and out of the working fishing port provide an ever changing and simply beautiful scenery to absorb. Stroll further along from the harbour and you reach the gorgeous sandy beaches along the estuary, a beautiful spot to relax and let your cares fly away.
The town has become a famous foodie destination, with celebrity chefs Rick Stein and Paul Ainsworth taking centre stage, including Rick’s flagship Seafood Restaurant and Paul’s Michelin starred No.6 amongst the empire! With a huge variety through the town including Italian restaurants, fish and chips, delicious pub grub, tempting bakeries and daytime cafés. To go with this there is an equally wide range of bars to enjoy, from cosy pubs to stylish gin and wine bars.
Exploring the winding streets of the town you will also find a selection of clothing and jewellery shops, galleries and more.
During your visit, make the most of the water and take a boat trip out on the estuary, you can choose from a scenic trip on an old lifeboat, a water safari or a high speed trip around the bay! There is also a ferry which runs daily across the water to Rock with even more food options like Paul Ainsworth’s gastro pub The Mariners.
Padstow is also surrounded by other beautiful places, with several stunning sandy beaches along the rugged north Cornish coast just a short drive away. Or by foot, take a hike along the South West Coast Path and explore miles of hidden coves and spectacular scenery. Hire some bikes for the day and try out the Camel Trail, a level cycle route enjoying the same beautiful landscape.
