Absolutely brilliant, luxurious and spacious apartment. Beautifully furnished and well equipped, with great views and two much appreciated parking spaces. We loved the peace and quiet of the location and slept really well after enjoying the fresh air of the coast path. Constantine Bay is a hidden gem, with a gorgeous sandy beach, lots of rock-pools and a very handy cafe and wonderful village store. We couldn’t recommend this location more highly and really hope to return.

A huge thank you to our host for a wonderful week in Trevose. The apartment was warm and cosy, very well appointed, spotlessly clean and spacious. It was made even more perfect having a view of the sea. We loved our trip to Constantine and payed plenty of golf and had some lovely beach and coastal walks. Hoping we will be able to go back very soon.

We absolutely loved the apartment, everything was as described, it was really luxurious. We were able to get an early check in and the host was really friendly and responsive. The location is perfect as you are near the beach but also the local shop and the golf course. We would definitely come back and highly recommend to others!

What a view! A beautifully presented apartment 5 mins from the beach and near to the coastal path. Walkable to Constantíne, Booby Bay, Mother Iveys Bay, Treyanon and Padstow. 15 minute walk to the Lobster Shed at the Pig Hotel and 10 mins from Padstow. Loved the balcony and huge windows. Really clean and new.

Apartment was huge! Way bigger than it looks in photos. Everything needed is there. It’s clean, airy, comfortable. Great location, near the shop and a short stroll down to the beach.
Accommodation
Inside Space
The accommodation is located on the first floor of the building. The sleek open plan living area opens to the balcony at the front where you can appreciate the stunning scenery which surrounds you, with glorious views across the village to the sea and over the award winning golf course. Also enjoying this stunning outlook is the master bedroom, a bright and airy king size room with en-suite shower facilities. To the rear of the apartment, there is a twin bedroom adjacent to the contemporary family bathroom, including a bath with shower over. A king and twin is the standard set up, however, both bedrooms have zip and link beds so both can be super-kings or twins upon advance request. There are smart televisions in both bedrooms and lounge.
Outside Space
Sliding doors from the living area lead out to a balcony where you can relax in the sunshine whilst listening to the waves in the distance, or wind down with a glass of wine in the evening and watch the sun setting at the coastline. There is also a handy storage unit on the ground level where you can safely tuck your boards or clubs away for the night.
Parking
There are two accessible allocated parking spaces within the Treglos development.
Access
Level paved parking and access to the building, lift to the first floor and then level accommodation from here. The apartment is located on the first floor with a balcony to the front, there are railings on the balcony but please do not leave children or dogs unsupervised on the balcony or allow them to climb on the furniture.
Linen
Linen and towels are included in the property but please bring your own beach towels.
Refundable security deposit
A refundable security deposit of £250 will be taken prior to your stay.

Pets
Up to two well behaved dogs are permitted on request but please ensure they do not go on the furniture and beds, thank you.
