Inside Space
1 Knot Barn can be reached either via steps from the parking area, or by lift from the entrance foyer of The Long Store. Conveniently designed on one level, you enter though a spacious hallway, with plenty of room to store walking boots and beach gear. The master king size bedroom sits to your right, a restful space with ample storage and a large ensuite with walk in shower. A further family bathroom with full bath sits next to the second bedroom, another comfortable king size room.
The hallway opens up into a charming living and dining room, framed at one end by a superb modern kitchen and at the other by large French doors which open onto a sheltered terrace. This sociable space is the hub of the home and has a warm and cheerful feel.
Outside Space
1 Knot Barn has a private terrace which enjoys the morning sun as it passes overhead. Relax in this sheltered spot and enjoy the sparkling colours of the estuary as they peek through the trees, creating a restful coastal ambience.

There is one allocated parking space within the grounds.

There is a lift available to get to the lower ground level, once here, the apartment is all on one level and has no internal steps or stairs.
Pets
One well behaved dog welcome, there is a dog charge of £25.

A refundable security deposit of £250 will be taken prior to your stay.
