Ideally located to walk to the beach and coastal paths to enjoy Cornwall’s rugged coastline, or to the plentiful amenities in the village.
The property enjoys a light and bright feeling throughout. With three bedrooms sleeping 6 people, 2 bathrooms and an open style living area. The lounge has modern bi fold doors out into the private garden which enjoys a sunny aspect and is ideal for al fresco dining. There is also access to a larger garden with views to the sea.

ENTRANCE
The entrance hall has a unit under the stairs with a washing machine and tumble drier.
LIVING AREA
There is a contemporary and light living space with kitchen diner leading into a cosy sitting area with bi-fold doors to the garden.

An ideal kids room with a built in bunk bed and also a comfy chair bed which can be made upon request.
SHOWER ROOM
A fully tiled, modern shower room with toilet and hand basin.
FIRST FLOOR
BEDROOM 1
The master bedroom is a relaxing, bright and airy room with velux windows looking down towards the sea and patio doors to a Juliette balcony. With a super king bed, zip and link.
BEDROOM 2
Another large and light room with two single beds and also another chair bed which can be made on request.
BATHROOM
A luxurious suite with roll top bath and shower attachment, toilet and basin.
GARDEN
The garden is south facing and traps the sunshine in all day. With table and chairs for 6 people, walled for privacy and shelter, it is the ideal spot for outdoor dining. There is also access to a larger garden within the grounds of the barn conversions, a raised lawn with a picnic bench and wonderful views to the sea and over the surrounding countryside.

Mawgan Porth
Situated mid way between Padstow and Newquay, a simply beautiful coastal village with plenty to offer. There is a stunning surfing beach, perfect for families with plenty of rockpools, caves and a stream running down one side of the beach, dog friendly all year round. Mawgan Porth has plenty of amenities opposite the beach – a pleasant pub with a sunny beer garden, village store and farm shop, clothing and jewellery shops, restaurants, cafes and fish and chip shops and even a pitch and putt course great for families. There are two luxury hotels, The Scarlet and Bedruthan, both of which offer stunning restaurants and spa facilities available for day guests. Within a mile there is the well reputed Merlin Golf Course.

Within a short drive is Padstow, a striking harbour town offering everything you need all in one place… Stunning coastal walks, gourmet restaurants, galleries and shops, beaches along the estuary, sea life safaris and speed boat trips, and of course as many pasties, ice creams and fish and chip shops as a town can fit!

Watergate Bay – 4 miles
A simply beautiful stretch of coastline, Watergate bay offers a huge expanse of sand and perfect conditions for surfing and watersports. With the Extreme Academy located on the beach side, there is plenty of activities to get involved in. There is a beach side cafe, restaurant, shop, toilets and parking. Dog friendly all year.

Fistral Beach – 9 miles
A renowned surfing beach situated in Newquay, Fistral offers a wide stretch of golden sand and an amazing spot for getting in the water. Plenty of places to eat and drink on the beach including Rick Steins restaurant, shops, toilets and parking. Dog friendly all year round.

Situated in Padstow, Rick Stein has an array of famous places to eat – The Seafood Restaurant, St Petroc’s Bistro, The Cafe. At the end of the harbour he also has his fish and chips restaurant and take away, a deli and his amazing cookery school.
Paul Ainsworth at Number 6 – 10 miles
Michelin starred Paul Ainsworth at Number 6 is also located in the heart of Padstow, a real fine dining experience. Paul has a superb Italian restaurant in Padstow – Rojano’s in the Square.
Restaurant Nathan Outlaw & Outlaw’s Fish Kitchen – 16 miles
Located in Port Isaac you have the two Michelin star Restaurant Nathan Outlaw, a very memorable dining experience, as well as Outlaw’s Fish Kitchen. Nathan also has The Mariners which is in Rock, all three are a must whilst you are in Cornwall!
Fifteen – 6 miles
Over in Watergate Bay is Jamie Oliver’s Fifteen restaurant, where you can have not only a beautiful meal but enjoy the most stunning views over the beach.
