The hamlet of Trenance lies to the East of the village of St Issey, which is just three miles from the harbour town of Padstow.  Within St Issey there is a well reputed public house, and primary school.  The market town of Wadebridge is within five miles with plentiful facilities including a supermarket and plenty of shops, pubs & restaurants. 


The Camel Trail and Saints Way, famous for stunning scenery walks, are all easily accessible and more than seven sandy beaches are within a short drive.
