With this option, it is a 7% Rental Guarantee for 3 or 5 years, this will give you a very generous return with full management of your lodge and the site, the restriction is that if you wanted to use this yourself, then you can but only for up to two weeks a year. For your first 3 or 5 years of owning your luxury holiday home at Retallack Resort, as the owners you will receive 2 weeks a year owner stays off peak season, or 1 week owners stay within peak season.

A Variable Rate. With this option, you can still leave the property to be rented through Retallack, the commission charge is up to 30% plus VAT, this covers thing like all change overs, marketing, booking, management, minor maintenance, but you can use as much as you want in the year, so this way will give you more flexibility but less guarantee. You can choose to go on to the variable option once the guarantee contract ends.
You can use your property as often as you like (including peak season), however Aria must be able to rent it out for a least 12 weeks of the year being peak, high season and bank holidays. Your site fees are chargeable annually, examples of what your site fees include are: (please note your site fee’s will only increase in line with inflation). Usage of the leisure facilities for you and your guests. Upkeep of the leisure facilities. Landscaping of the whole site. Minor maintenance around the whole site. Your utilities are chargeable, however you are charges exactly with the suppliers charge. Your booking fee is chargeable on this rental and starts from 30% and will go down to 25% from the 3rdyear of being on this contract. The booking fee will then stay at 15% unless you decide to stop renting your property out.
