With a comfortable three bedroom interior, private parking, gardens and a balcony enjoying spectacular sea views. Located within easy access to the Trail and the estuary, and a leisurely ten-minute walk from the harbour, you can choose to while away the hours watching the tide from the decking or get in amongst the hustle and bustle of the town.

 

Ebb and Flow offers an early check-in on your arrival day. Arrive from 12pm to make the most of your first day away!

 

 

Nearby

 

A short stroll from your front door is the Camel Trail, which follows the estuary as it meanders towards Wadebridge. Hire bikes in town or take the trail on foot for a leisurely amble alongside the water. For the more adventurous, the trail continues past Wadebridge to Bodmin and the Vineyards at Camel Valley where you can quench your thirst! If water sports take your fancy, hop on the ferry to Rock where you can book in with Camel Ski School for water-skiing, wakeboarding or paddleboarding, or even charter a boat for a day at sea.

 

Padstow is renowned for its food, with plenty of options for all tastes and budgets. From the array of high-end eateries to fish and chips eaten on the harbour wall, there really is something for everyone. We promise you will never leave Padstow hungry, but just watch out for those seagulls!!

Inside Space

Through the front door, the holiday feel begins at once. Understated coastal décor pairs perfectly with a sense of space and light, enhanced by dazzling water views. A quiet king-sized bedroom with ensuite leads off to your left or follow the hallway to the rear of the house, where large glass doors flood the king-sized master bedroom and living room with natural light. Both rooms have access to the large, decked terrace, a perfect spot for those sundowners after a hard day at the beach. Also off the hallway are a twin bedroom and family bathroom, making this the perfect layout for a family stay. A well-equipped country-style kitchen offers access to the rear garden through a practical utility area, with large skylights flooding the area with natural light.

 

Outside Space

A spacious decked balcony runs the length of the house, providing panoramic estuary views. Below that lies a large lawn area, ideal for catching some sun, or letting the kids run wild!

 

Parking

There is private parking for one car in the driveway and additional parking on the roadside if available.

 

Access

Ebb and Flow is all on one level internally, however there are seven steps with a handrail from the driveway to the front door. The garden is accessed either down steps from the decked balcony or kitchen, or via a gravel path around the side of the house. Please supervise children at all times when the balcony is in use. 

 

Refundable security deposit

A refundable security deposit of £250 will be taken prior to your stay.

Situated on the west bank of the Camel Estuary, the picturesque harbour town of Padstow is a stunning holiday destination with an energetic vibe, a huge range of superb restaurants and bars, a variety of boutique shops and galleries, and all of this surrounded by gorgeous scenery.

 

For those days wandering around the town or sitting by the harbour in the sunshine, the tides of the river and the stream of boats sailing in and out of the working fishing port provide an ever changing and simply beautiful scenery to absorb. Stroll further along from the harbour and you reach the gorgeous sandy beaches along the estuary, a beautiful spot to relax and let your cares fly away.

 

 

 

The town has become a famous foodie destination, with celebrity chefs Rick Stein and Paul Ainsworth taking centre stage, including Rick’s flagship Seafood Restaurant and Paul’s Michelin starred No.6 amongst the empire! With a huge variety through the town including Italian restaurants, fish and chips, delicious pub grub, tempting bakeries and daytime cafés. To go with this there is an equally wide range of bars to enjoy, from cosy pubs to stylish gin and wine bars.

 

Exploring the winding streets of the town you will also find a selection of clothing and jewellery shops, galleries and more.

 

   

 

During your visit, make the most of the water and take a boat trip out on the estuary, you can choose from a scenic trip on an old lifeboat, a water safari or a high speed trip around the bay! There is also a ferry which runs daily across the water to Rock with even more food options like Paul Ainsworth’s gastro pub The Mariners.

 

Padstow is also surrounded by other beautiful places, with several stunning sandy beaches along the rugged north Cornish coast just a short drive away. Or by foot, take a hike along the South West Coast Path and explore miles of hidden coves and spectacular scenery. Hire some bikes for the day and try out the Camel Trail, a level cycle route enjoying the same beautiful landscape.
