Beautiful walks, cycling the trail, beach hacks with Newquay riding stables, Tintagel Castle,  playing on the beach, a few pints and amazing food and the icing  on the cake having Ebb & Flow to come home to! That view is outstanding! thank you so much.

Harris Family, March 2024

Our second time at Ebb & Flow and another fantastic day the perfect base were exploring North Cornwall can’t wait to come back again.

Mark, March 2024

Beautiful little cottage in Padstow with views to die for over the Camel Estuary. A 5 minute walk into the town but away from the madness that is Padstow in full swing meant the best of both worlds. Ebb & Flow was exactly and described, spotlessly clean and well equipped. The memory foam mattresses were some of the most comfortable we have ever slept on. Only slight moan is a 9am check out but we managed it so hey ho! We will definitely return to this little Cornish gem.

Wow what a beautiful stay, excellent accommodation.  have to stay home from home, so comfortable clean and welcoming, even had a visit from the cat. Lots of walks and places to visit. Love the visit even though the weather didn’t love us!

Chris, October 2023

We’ve had an absolutely lovely week at Ebb & Flow. It’s a comfy house for a family of six and the view is amazing. Our highlights of the week have been dressing up as Tudors at a national property, bike riding the camel Valley Trail and visiting Port Isaac, Food & Drink wise number six by Paul Ainsworth was a very special meal experience. Overall, we would love to come back to Padstow and we visit what we’ve done this week thank you.

Louise, October 2023

Lovely stay at this cottage in Padstow. Very cosy for an end of October holiday. Great location, it’s quiet but very easy walk into Padstow and the Camel Valley trail was just below the house which is not to be missed. We’d love to stay again sometime.

My family had a fab stay at Ebb&Flow. We absolutely loved the location, with it being just a 10-minute walk away from Padstow town, and overlooking the estuary. Beds and living area were really comfy and the cottage had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved all the interior inside the cottage, which was modern and stylish. We would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in this area and hope to go again!

We have loved every minute of our stay in your beautiful home exceptional view spotlessly clean and lots of personal touches. The location is perfect and we’ve enjoyed visiting many of the bays Padstow, Harlyn, Trevone, Mawgan Porth  and Hawkers Cove was a new find for us this year for a morning walk and a coffee in the café. We enjoyed meals in the Cornish Arms, The Merrymoor Inn at Mawgan Porth and pizzas on the beach. Wish we were staying longer, hope to visit again and will definitely recommend our friends. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

Rhiannon, July 2023

We booked this property as a last minute ‘minimoon’ and what a find it was, we were so lucky that it was available. It is in an excellent location and it really felt like a home away from home. The staff at Cornish Holidays were extremely helpful when we had a couple of questions before booking. We couldn’t fault this property or Cornish Holidays. We will be returning without a doubt and hope to stay in the other properties that they have to offer with family and friends ☺️. Thank you so much for a memorable stay.

Rob, July 2023

We think the house was lovely and I had a really comfortable stay. Our favourite things to do in the area were riding bikes on the camel Trail visits to Tintagel Castle and Flambards, lots of lovely food including Paul Ainsworth No6 and Rick Steins bistro, but the Cornish Arms should be avoided. We hope your stay is as enjoyable as ours.

Mr & Mrs Mills, July 2023

We booked Ebb & Flow last minute for our mini moon after getting married on the 7th of July. What a beautiful home away from home we had everything that we needed and more views and a great location. The home was spotless on arrival and we loved the added touch of the welcome basket and wine on arrival. We’ve had a friendly visitor a little black-and-white cat. We can’t wait to return and we will recommend Ebb & Flow to all our family and friends.

PADSTOW…

Situated on the west bank of the Camel Estuary, the picturesque harbour town of Padstow is a stunning holiday destination with an energetic vibe, a huge range of superb restaurants and bars, a variety of boutique shops and galleries, and all of this surrounded by gorgeous scenery.

For those days wandering around the town or sitting by the harbour in the sunshine, the tides of the river and the stream of boats sailing in and out of the working fishing port provide an ever changing and simply beautiful scenery to absorb. Stroll further along from the harbour and you reach the gorgeous sandy beaches along the estuary, a beautiful spot to relax and let your cares fly away.

The town has become a famous foodie destination, with celebrity chefs Rick Stein and Paul Ainsworth taking centre stage, including Rick’s flagship Seafood Restaurant and Paul’s Michelin starred No.6 amongst the empire! With a huge variety through the town including Italian restaurants, fish and chips, delicious pub grub, tempting bakeries and daytime cafés. To go with this there is an equally wide range of bars to enjoy, from cosy pubs to stylish gin and wine bars.

Exploring the winding streets of the town you will also find a selection of clothing and jewellery shops, galleries and more.

During your visit, make the most of the water and take a boat trip out on the estuary, you can choose from a scenic trip on an old lifeboat, a water safari or a high speed trip around the bay! There is also a ferry which runs daily across the water to Rock with even more food options like Paul Ainsworth’s gastro pub The Mariners.

Padstow is also surrounded by other beautiful places, with several stunning sandy beaches along the rugged north Cornish coast just a short drive away. Or by foot, take a hike along the South West Coast Path and explore miles of hidden coves and spectacular scenery. Hire some bikes for the day and try out the Camel Trail, a level cycle route enjoying the same beautiful landscape.
