A beautiful beach house within moments of the sand.
Sunnyside is a spacious home with a nice bright and airy feeling. There are five bedrooms sleeping 10 guests in total, three en-suite bedrooms on the ground floor and two bedrooms with a bathroom on the first floor. There is a comfortable sitting room at the front of the house and kitchen and dining room to the rear which opens to the garden. There is also an extra sitting area on the first floor.
Designed with the location in mind, there is an outside shower to help leave the sand outside, and a utility room with a dry wall to hang wetsuits after a day on the beach. The garden is enclosed and consists of a patio area with dining table and chairs, and also a section of lawn. With parking to the front of the property.

Trevone Bay offers a truly wonderful spot on the North Cornish coast. Home to a stunning sandy beach ideal for families and surfers, an additional rocky beach which features a natural swimming pool, and the famous ‘Round Hole’, it really is a perfect place for exploring. With coastal walks on either side, the entire area is of outstanding natural beauty which one can never tire of. There is a well-stocked farm shop open seven days a week along with the local pub The Well Parc. For a wider variety of restaurants and shops, Padstow is only one mile away – an easy drive or a lovely walk in the sunshine.
Other beaches within a short drive:
A huge expanse of sand, Harlyn is a great day out with the family offering a brilliant surfing and watersports school. Dog friendly all year round. The beach has a seasonal food truck and car parking at the top of the beach and toilets just down the road.
An excellent surfing beach, the bay has rock pools to the left and sand dunes to the right and gentle headland walks in either direction.
At low tide it connects with it’s sister beach, Booby’s Bay, giving a stretch of more than half a mile of golden sand. Toilets and a pop up coffee van available, a small amount of parking available by the beach and a larger car park within 100 yards. Dog friendly all year round.
Nicely positioned between Padstow and Newquay, Porthcothan Bay is a sheltered sandy beach which is not far from Bedruthan Steps, offering the most spectacular coastal walks. Parking and toilets are situated on the other side of the road. Dog friendly all year.
A stunning surfing beach, perfect for families with plenty of rockpools, caves and a stream running down one side of the beach. Mawgan Porth has plenty of amenities opposite the beach, a pub, shops, parking, toilets and places to eat. Dog friendly all year round.
