With four bedrooms in total sleeping up to 8 people, each enjoying a stunning view over the surrounding countryside, and two rooms looking out to sea. The master room and rear double room share a balcony where you can really appreciate the outlook, these two rooms are the first to wake up and see the sea! There is a contemporary family bathroom and a stylish en-suite to the master room.

Treburrick is a quiet hamlet positioned on the outskirts of the highly sought after Porthcothan Bay, offering a wonderful combination of peace by the coast. A superb location surrounded by beautiful scenery, amazing coastal walks and several other beaches on your doorstep.
Skylarks is situated on a quiet country lane, approximately a 15 minute walk to the beach. In the village there is Macdonald’s Farm, an ideal stop for food and drinks, and a place for kids to play, serving as a cafe in the daytime and a in the evening, a great bar with wood fired pizzas – open all summer season. There is also a bus stop just over the road which runs links to Padstow or Newquay so easy for trips out and about if you don’t want to drive.
The beach at Porthcothan Bay is just a mile down the road, a 15 minute walk away. Porthcothan is a sheltered sandy beach nicely tucked in between Padstow and Newquay. There is a cafe/shop in the dunes, plus parking and toilets are both situated just over the road. A dog friendly beach all year. If you want to vary your beach days, within easy reach you have Mawgan Porth or Watergate Bay, home to the Extreme Academy for water sports adventurers. Or head up to Treyarnon Bay or Constantine for miles more stretches of golden sands, a huge range within 10 minutes.
There are also several scenic walks on the doorstep along the South West Coast Path, including Bedruthan Steps within a couple of miles, a simply beautiful coastal walk which is a must!

Inside Space
With gorgeous porcelain tiled floor through the ground floor across the living areas. The tasteful kitchen diner is a perfect spot for blending cooking and socialising, with stools at the kitchen island and plenty of space around the dining table. Bi-fold doors open to the patio outside from the kitchen and also the separate sitting room so you can create a flow through both rooms through the garden. There is a corner sofa and armchair in the sitting room with a modern electric log effect fire. Also on the ground floor there is a snug room with a desk, sofa and bean bag. Plus a useful downstairs toilet.
The bedrooms are located on the first floor, with Oak flooring throughout, four in total. The master king size room has built in ‘his & hers’ wardrobes and a stylish black and white porcelain tiled en-suite wet room. There is a double bedroom adjacent, together with the master, they share a balcony where you can see for miles, across the open fields to the coastline stretching for miles. Two further bedrooms include another double and a twin room, both with views across rolling fields. The contemporary family bathroom in the centre of the hall includes a bath with shower over.
Outside space
Outside, there are enclosed gardens to the rear of the house which include areas of lawn and patio. The patio adjoining the living areas is raised slightly to meet the level of the house with a table and chairs ideal for al fresco dining and there is a second patio area sheltered in the corner of the garden with lounging chairs and bistro table.
Parking
There is ample parking for 4 + cars in the driveway.
Linen
Linen and towels are included in the property but please bring your own beach towels.
Access
Level access to the front of the house, gravelled from the parking areas and paved around the house, from the rear there is one step up from the lawn to the patio which leads into the kitchen and sitting room. One flight of Oak stairs internally to the bedrooms and bathrooms.
Please note: This property has a balcony on the first floor. Please supervise children at all times when the balcony is in use.

PORTHCOTHAN BAY…
Porthcothan Bay is home to a sheltered surfing beach nicely tucked in between the popular towns of Padstow and Newquay. A wonderful sandy bay with fantastic dunes and a river running through the beach making a great family day out with plenty of exploring available to the children.
There is a cafe/shop in the dunes, plus parking and toilets are both situated just over the road. Just up at the top of the village you can find Macdonald’s Farm, a lovely family place offering a café during the daytime and in the evening, a great bar serving wood fired pizzas – open all summer season.
