Bay View is just a short walk from the renowned surfing beach, which has rock pools to the left, perfect for exploring with the little ones, and a dramatic backdrop of sand dunes to the right. At low tide it connects with its sister beach, Boobys Bay, giving a stretch of more than half a mile of golden sand. Should you fancy exploring on foot, the Southwest Coast Path follows the undulating coastline and provides a scenic walk to several other sandy beaches.

Accommodation
Layout
Bay View’s superb accommodation is spread over two floors and is bright and spacious throughout with a contemporary coastal palette. The ground floor houses two bedrooms including the spacious master with super king size bed and ensuite shower room. This lovely room opens up onto the front terrace and is a relaxing haven in which to escape and unwind. The second bedroom on this floor is located at the rear of the apartment and features two sets of bunk beds, the perfect place for a kids holiday sleepover! A beautifully fitted contemporary family bathroom completes this floor, whilst the second of the two super king bedrooms is located on the first floor. Both king rooms feature zip and link beds, and unless otherwise requested in advance, the ground floor master will be made up as a king and the first floor will be a twin.
The sleek kitchen and open plan living area feature coastal touches and large glass doors which draw your eye to the balcony and the ocean views beyond. Relax in the sunshine whilst listening to the waves in the distance, or wind down with a glass of wine in the evening and watch the sun setting on the horizon. Benefitting from terraces at the front and rear, you can follow the sunshine throughout the day. There is also a handy storage unit on the ground level where you can safely tuck your beach gear or clubs away for the night.

There is allocated parking within the grounds for two cars.
Pets
1 small dog will be welcome in Bay View with a charge of £25.
Refundable Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit of £250 will be taken prior to your stay.

Check in is from 16:00. On departure, please vacate by 10:00.

Just a mile away towards Harlyn Bay you can also find The Pig Hotel & Restaurant which offers a superb dining experience.
The nearby village of St Merryn provides a broader range of facilities including Rick Stein’s The Cornish Arms, a handful of restaurants and takeaways, bars, a tasty bakery, village stores and more. Also just a ten minute drive away is Padstow, a picturesque harbour town with a number of superb restaurants, bars, boutique shops and galleries.
